Yes, all TAFE NSW Libraries have computers for currently enrolled TAFE students to use.
All the computers have Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2013 and full access to the Internet.
You will need your TAFE Username and password to logn to the computers. This should have been provided when you enrolled with OTEN.
If you don't have your logon details we can look up your details or use a generic logon until yours are available.
You will also need to visit the Campus Administration Office to get your TAFEcard at your first visit if you don't already have one. Your TAFEcard is used to print, photocopy and borrow books. Printing costs 10c per A4 black and white page and the money needs to be loaded onto your TAFEcard. You can use coins or notes to add money to your card, but there is no change available on Campus.
Full details of the services available can be found on the Library website at http://huntertafe.libguides.com/how-do-i. When you visit we can answer any questions you may have.
Free Student Software
Currently enrolled TAFE Students are eligible for a free download of the cloud-based Office 365 for Education, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
Visit Office.com/GetOffice365 and follow the download instructions using your TAFE email address.
View the Microsoft 365 Office Suite Guide for more information.
