When referencing, you are not required to italicise the database eg. EBSCO or Gale for journal articles.
You only need to italicise the journal title.
Eg. of Journal reference in reference list:
Hanlon, D 2014, ‘High flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy for infants and young children with bronchiolitis’, ANMJ: Australian Nursing & Midwifery Journal, vol. 22, no. 3, pp. 29-31, viewed 15 May 2014, Gale Databases Academic OneFile.
