Using the Harvard Referencing system:

For ephemera - brochures, tickets, pamphlets etc this is the way I would suggest referencing:

HCB Solar n.d., Standard pricing, price list, obtained Eco-Fair 16/4/2016, location of fair.

Please insert the location of the fair above into the reference in the format eg. Beresfield, NSW.

As we cannot be sure of the date the price list was produced we put n.d. for no date - but the date of the eco-fair helps establish the time here.

Also if it wasn't called Eco-Fair - please change it to the name of the fair in the reference.

If the price list is available on the web, it can be referenced as a weblink:

eg.

Standard Pricing n.d., HCB Solar, viewed 16 February 2016, <website URL> [If author is unknown use the title of the text]
