Answer

Hello,

Occassionaly during the year, TAFE systems undergo vital scheduled maintenance. This means certain systems are not available for use.

If you are a member of your local public library with an exisitng online login, you can also access some EBSCO databases from their website. The State and National Libraries also have free database access, provided you have registerd with them in advance.

A notice of scheduled maintenance (below) was posted on our eResources page - but you might not have seen this unless you refreshed your screen. Sometimes your computer caches an older version of a page.

Scheduled maintenance outage Friday 20 February 6pm - Sunday 22 February 2015 8pm.

Systems affected:

  • Database access (eg. Standards Australia)
  • HI-Online (Moodle)
  • TAFEcat
  • eBooks
  • eVideos
  • Student Portal
  • Staff Portal
  • EQUELLA

We apologise for any inconveniece caused. Please let us know if your access continues to be problematic after the systems resume operation.
