How do I get my TAFE NSW student account reactivated?

I am currently doing a TAFE course and require my TAFENSW account to be active so I can log on to the computers. I have a TAFENSW Student Card.

Answer

Your TAFE username and password should have been provided on your enrolment receipt.

If you don't have this anymore then you can contact your teacher or library staff to obtain your TAFE username.

Your password can also be reset by library staff or Campus Administration staff if it is not working.

You will need to provide your student number, and proof of identity to obtain your username and password.
