A good resource to use is the Real Estate Libguide created by Hunter TAFE Libraries, which is found at

http://huntertafe.libguides.com/c.php?g=244374&p=1626227

This guide provides information , and an access point to both Ebooks and databases which have detailed information on Real Estate subjects.

Databases like ANZRC Plus are excellent resources where you can search for specific information in journals and view the articles online. Ebooks also cover a range of Real Estate subjecs and may be helpful.

You will usually require your username/password ( TAFE login) to access these online resources.

You will need to work out major search terms/keywords you can use to search these resources, and refine your search as you proceed . A handy helpguide on searching each database is usually available online - here is the guide for ANZRC Plus  .

As well, a number of texts are available across TAFE libraries ( e.g. Newcastle and Maitland libraries) but you may have to dig for information on these subjects.
