Thanks for your question.  As a TAFE student you can access many e-books and view them online or download them to your personal device.  There are a couple of different databases of eBooks and all are listed on the Library Portal.  The EBSCO eBooks cover a range of subject areas.  The CSIRO eBooks have mostly books relating to the environment and conservation.

To access the EBSCO eBooks use your TAFE username and password (the same one you use to access computers in the Library).  Search for eBooks from the Library website.

Alternatively you can search the TAFE catalogue for eBooks.

To access the CSIRO eBooks you'll need to use a database specific username and password.  This is available on the database password list (access with your TAFE username and password).

If you don't know your TAFE username and password then please contact us again, including your full name and student number.

Instructions to access the EBSCO eBooks are also available if you require assistance.
